General English

Grading and Classes

On the first day each student's English is assessed by means of written and spoken tests. He or she is then placed in a class of appropriate level. The progress of each student is monitored, and transfers between levels are made as required and without delay.

Levels

• Elementary
• Pre-Intermediate
• Intermediate A
• Intermediate B
• Higher Intermediate
• Advanced

Most of our students are aged between 18 and 25 years. Our minimum age of enrolment is 16 years. The classes are multinational with a maximum of 12 students per class.

The Milner School of English Certificate, stating attendance and level of proficiency is awarded to all students who complete their courses satisfactorily.

Private one-to-one lessons

One-to-one tuition allows students to benefit from flexible English lessons tailored to their individual requirements. Private lessons can be organized either as an addition to a standard course or on its own.
