The courses have been devised to satisfy the requirements of people who need English for a better job, who wish to feel confident in using English for business and international communication, or who just want to enjoy the experience of living and learning in Britain.
Lessons are well structured and teaching combines the best of new and traditional language teaching methodology:

• Vocabulary.

At all levels, speaking, listening, writing and reading skills are integrated to develop a complete command of English.

The Teachers
All the teachers at Milner School are experienced professionals with the Cambridge CELTA/Trinity College certificate or diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, or an equivalent accepted qualification. They all speak English as their first language and have been chosen for their ability to work together as a team and relate well to young adults. Most have taught English abroad and between them speak a variety of languages.
