Entry to the CAE course is gained after passing our pre-entry test.

CAE students should be able to communicate with confidence in English, and engage in business or study in English at a proficient level.

CAE is internationally recognized by universities and employers.

The CAE course focuses on real world tasks. Exam candidates should be able to participate in detailed discussions, express opinions clearly and produce business letters and reports. They should also be aware of the different styles of English appropriate to different situations.

The CAE exam is comprised of five sections: Reading - 1 hour 15 minutes. Writing - 2 hours. English in Use - 1 hour 30 minutes. Listening - 45 minutes. Speaking - 15 minutes.

The CAE exam is approximately equivalent to a TOEFL 550+, TOEIC 700+ and IELTS 6.5.
