£265/week. - SUMMER 2012: Milner has secured Premium Studios (double or twin bed) between July 1st - September 1st at the weekly cost of £285/week. (£285/week: single occupancy. £299/week: double occupancy. Minimum booking length 1 week). This covers the Olympic Games period - BOOK NOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
- Liberty Fields is a fully-staffed facility with on-site management and maintenance team. 24 hour security is provided, with electronic entry system.

- All studios include private en-suite bathroom, equipped kitchen (includes crockery & cutlery, oven, microwave, stovetop and fridgefreezer), free internet and spacious living area with television point. Bedroom furniture includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside cabinet. Bed linens are provided.

- All female residence (18 – 28 years) for single females only.
- Safe, clean accommodation with around 60 single and twin rooms.
- Kitchen facilities are shared; there is also a laundry room, picnic area, dining area and TV/lounge area.
- All en-suite rooms have internet points whilst the rest of the rooms use wireless internet service.
- Included in the price is breakfast: (7.30am – 8.30am Monday to Friday, and 8.30am – 9.30am on weekends). Residents are asked to bring and launder their own towels, bed sheets and pillow cases.
- Situated
in Wimbledon, two minutes’ walk from
Southfields underground station which is served by the District
Line. Nearby bus routes are the 493, 39 & 93. - Struan House has particular regulations which residents must abide by: consumption of cigarettes, alcohol and drugs is forbidden. Management reserves the right to expel anyone who is found drinking or smoking. The front door will be open from 7.00am until 11.00pm from Sunday to Thursday; on Friday and Saturday until 12.00am.

(refundable upon departure). - Residents must produce 3 photographs, passport and another form of identification.
- Residents must give 2 weeks’ notice prior to departure otherwise an extra week will have to be paid. Rooms must be vacated by midday on the last day.
