Furzedown Student
Residence: £19 per night (£133 per
week.) Available only in the months of July &
August. 
This residence is a part of
The University of Arts London, located in their Halls of Residence
in Furzedown, a 20 minute bus ride from Milner School. The
Furzedown Residence offers clean, safe, basic, self-catering
student accommodation. All rooms are single with washbasins,
and residents share kitchen and cooking facilities, common room
with communal TV, dining room, and bathroom facilities.
Students’ bedrooms are cleaned once a week and public areas,
bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned every day. There is a
laundrette on each site.
Furzedown Residence is safe and secure
– there is a 24 hour CCTV security system covering the site and 24
hour Duty Management system. All doors into buildings are
protected by a security swipe card system. To make a
reservation, students must complete a booking form and pay The
University of Arts London in full, for the duration of their stay
at Furzedown Residence. If a reservation is cancelled less
than 2 weeks before the accommodation commences, students will
receive no refund. Please read

The most convenient route from
Furzedown to Milner School takes 20 minutes on Bus No. 57.
(Take this bus from Nimrod Road, and get off at The Polka Theatre
bus stop in Wimbledon). You can download the
57 Bus Timetable here. Milner School will give
students a FREE BUS TRAVEL CARD (for a maximum of 3 weeks) to cover
bus travel costs!

Liberty Fields Residence has recently been refurbished and offers students excellent quality independent accommodation in a secure and comfortable environment. Students can choose either a small, standard, large or deluxe studio, at the weekly prices specified above. Please click here to see images of Liberty Fields. Liberty Fields is a fully-staffed facility with an on-site management and maintenance team. 24 hour security is provided for residents, including a CCTV monitoring system, electronic entry systems, and a 24-hour security team.
This residence has 67 studio
apartments with a capacity for over 125 residents. All
apartments are fully fitted to a high standard and include an
en-suite shower, toilet & washbasin, private telephone line,
data points for high-speed internet access, and spacious living
area with television point. All apartments have a fully
fitted kitchen with electric oven, grill and microwave, stovetop,
refrigerator and freezer. Bedroom furniture includes a bed,
wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside cabinet.
Liberty Fields also provides a
spacious communal living area, on-site laundry facilities and a
number of off-road parking spaces. Please note that all rooms
are subject to availability. We recommend that students check
availability before confirming and paying for the booking. It
is a good idea to choose an alternative option in case there are no
places available for the chosen dates. Students are charged a
£200 deposit upon their arrival. The full address of the

Catholic Residence – Struan
House: £85 - £120 per
week. All female residence (18 – 28 years).
Struan House Residence is available for single females only.
No exceptions are made for married women. The house provides
safe, clean accommodation and has around 60 single and twin
rooms. Kitchen facilities are shared; there is also a laundry
room, picnic area, dining area and TV/lounge area. All en-suite
rooms have their own internet points whilst the rest of the rooms
use a wireless internet service. Included in the price is
breakfast: served between 7.30am – 8.30am Monday to Friday,
and 8.30am – 9.30am on weekends. Residents are asked to bring
and launder their own towels, bed sheets and pillow cases.
Struan House is situated
in the pleasant residential area of
Wimbledon, two minutes’ walk from Southfields underground station
which is served by the District Line. There are several bus
routes nearby (Buses 493, 39 & 93). Aside from being so
close to Milner School, residents also benefit from all the
excellent facilities Wimbledon has to offer, such as shopping,
cafes and cinemas. Struan House has particular regulations
which residents must abide by: consumption of cigarettes,
alcohol and drugs is forbidden. Management reserves the right
to expel anyone who is found drinking or smoking. The front
door will be open from 7.00am until 11.00pm from Sunday to
Thursday; on Friday and Saturday until 12.00am.
On arrival at 
Struan House, a deposit of £50 is
required which is refunded after the room is inspected when the
student departs. Residents must produce 3 photographs, as
well as a passport and another form of identification.
Residents must give 2 weeks’ notice prior to departure otherwise an
extra week will have to be paid. Rooms must be vacated and
luggage removed by midday on the last day. Please download
